Annalee – Kaizen’s founder
Annalee has been and is at the forefront of the beauty, anti-ageing and skincare industry. Still passionate about her art, she is a highly qualified Esthetician and Beauty Therapist, whose skills and customer care mandate, keep her clients loyal and looking their very best.
Annalee was both the first Skin Therapist in Solihull to be using the all new CACI Synergy equipment and the first ‘Expert’ qualified therapist, in Solihull, of the International Dermal Institute. The ‘Expert’ status recognises her as one of the highest trained skin care professionals in the Country after completing on-going postgraduate education at the International Dermal institute, training with the world’s leading skin care brand Dermalogica. To achieve this status, she has completed a succession of specialist product, treatment and business courses, and has completed a range of unique workshops, which are offered only to the most skilled and knowledgeable therapists. This has enabled the International Dermal Institute to recognise her as one of the best in the Country.
Annalee’s experience has spanned over 30 years in the health and beauty industry as an Esthetician/Skin Therapist and College Lecturer. She has trained and worked with many of the leading skin care ranges – Dermalogica, Environ, Clarins, Guinot, Eve Taylor, Bio-Therapeutic, Darphin and many other related industry brands.
With a background of being one the youngest ever Spa Managers at the Belfry Hotel, having ran successful Beauty Salons in Sutton Coldfield and held the position of Managing Director of a specialised gym group, Anna’s continued fascination in skincare, beauty and aesthetics led her to founding Kaizen Beauty over 15 years ago, located in Solihull for the last 13 years.
Annalee is also an accomplished martial arts practitioner and teacher, having studied Kung Fu, Karate, Iaido (Japanese sword) and Aikijutsu, she loves to travel, and invests her personal time back into her passions of health, well-being and fitness, bringing all of her unique experience to her discerning clientele.
